I love the work Elisa Goodkind and Lily Mandelbaum http://stylelikeu.com/ are doing, finding and documenting (via video interviews) people who express themselves in a very personal and unconstrained style.  When you look through the photos and videos of people they have interviewed, you notice the range of the human imagination and how really fabulous each of us is and can be when we let ourselves be who we want to be.

Their interviews (Closets) as they say "Leads you on an intimate exploration of people whose style expresses their souls."  Reminding me that life is just more interesting when people express who they are, some of my favorites are
