So sorry you're disappointed. We're happy to give you a special discount if you'd like to try something else. Regarding your issues above, we normally get great reviews on the fragrance of our leathers. However, we've come to learn that different people see colors differently and smell fragrances differently. The intensity of the fragrance will definitely decrease overtime but not much else can be done to change the leather smell. We purposefully don't line our bags and straps as cloth lining is usually the first thing to wear out or fail. Most of our customers like the raw inside look and feel but it might not be for everyone. Finally, even the best leathers can 'crock' or stain from time to time due to heat, friction, and/or humidity. We've tested some of the highest priced brands and bags and know this to be true. You can buy spray on sealant from your local shoe store or online and hopefully eliminate that problem. Again, we work hard to create delighted customers and regret that we obviously failed in your case. Please contact us directly via email if you'd like to try something else at a special discount.
